As Kihei Sands owners for 28 years, Bill and I consider the AOAO to be a wonderful part of our experience. We consider our fellow owners as good friends. The owners respect one another and each other’s opinion. Kihei Sands AOAO feels like an ohana.

We have been part of the Kihei Sands Ohana for the past 10 years now. We couldn’t imagine a better place for our boys to grow up at as their home away from home & couldn’t be happier being an owner in this amazing complex with an incredible group of owners!

The management staff at Kihei Sands is absolutely first rate. As owners, we’ve always experienced great communication and service from everyone. Palisa in the office is readily available to answer questions and help out with everything we need. Connie is always personable, thoughtful and kindhearted with everyone she encounters. Patrick is friendly and exceptionally helpful with keeping the property in top condition. Aside from our experience, we always get great feedback from the guests we share our units with and it’s reassuring to know our home-away-from-home is always well cared for.
